- Fred Kapadia, Chief Executive Officer, is responsible for FHM’s investment, acquisitions, and development. finance and accounting, human resources, and capital projects.
- Rahim Kapadia, Chief Information Officer, is responsible for technology functions with regards to business systems, hotel technology, IT security, and IT support functions.
- Antonio Cole, Corporate Director of Hotel Operations:
Antonio provides support and strategic leadership to the operating teams at each of our properties. He Inspires our teams by working closely with our hotel management and to ensure compliance with all brand and safety standards while ensuring the guest experience is flawless and memorable. Antonio's experience in the hospitality industry spans over 25 years. He has led operating teams, in various positions, at The Four Seasons Hotel Atlanta, Wyndhan International, IHG, Dolce Hotels, Grand Heritage Hotels, and Marriott International. He has worked at the corporate level in the resort industry in Myrtle Beach, SC and in corporate markets throughout the SE Region. His expertise and accomplishments have been recognized by the American Hotel Motel Association and the Alabama Tourism Association where he was awarded Manager of the Year and Tourism Professional of the year respectively. Antonio has been an ambassador for our portfolio through his tireless community outreach and involvement. Antonio recently opened the new state of the art Holiday Inn Express in Villa Rica, Georgia in October of 2017 and will also be responsible for overseeing the operations of the Hampton Inn Locust Grove, The Fairfield Inn by Marriott Locust Grove, and 2 more Holiday Inn Express properties scheduled to open within the next year.
